Will of James McNair Mitchell Last Will and Testament of I James McNair Mitchell do will and bequeath to each of my surviving brothers and sisters the sum of one hundred pounds sterling the said sum to be paid as soon after my decease as convenient To my wife Agnes Mitchell To whom I leave all else in money and property that I die possessed of with the exceptions of my gold watch and chain these I leave to Roberts son James. Should my wife marry again she forfeits all claim to money or property left by me the whole of which will revert to nearest of kin. Signed by me James Mc.Nair Mitchell this the 5th of October 1886. 189 Water Street St. John's Nfld.
