Will of Mary Anne Milmo In re In the name of God Amen. I Mary Anne Milmo Spinster of Holyrood being very sick and weak but of perfect mind and memory and knowing its appointed for all to die do make this my last will and testament. And as touching such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to grant me with I give devise and bequeath of the same in the following manner and form. The amount to my credit in the Bank of Montreal after my funeral expenses are deducted belong to my sister Margaret Lahey now residing in New York she is to have Masses for me and my brother James who predeceased me. My Nephew Thomas Lahey is to have the watch and ring in my possession. All my personal effects are to go to my two nieces Jean and Nell Lahey. I do hereby appoint R. J. Kennedy as my executor to see my wishes executed. MARY A MILMO. Witness Mrs Wm Taplin R. J. Kennedy Dated at Holyrood this 10th day of May 1926. CORRECT.
