In re
      Sarah Mills          deceased.

      This is the Last will and Testament of me Sarah Mills of Saint John’s Newfoundland widow I give and devise to my son Francis Mills the Dwelling House no 76 Forest Road St. John’s in which I now reside I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary Day and Margaret Tricco any money in the Savings Bank or elsewhere belonging to me at the time of my death after my Executor has first paid out of such moneys the cost of my funeral and burial. I give and bequeath to Margaret Tricco my household furniture and all goods and effects contained in my house. I give and devise to my son Joshua Mills any interest I may have in land at Petty Harbor formerly held by my late husband. I appoint the said Francis Mills Executor of this my will and I direct that the dwelling house herein devised to him shall be chargeable with the costs of obtaining Probate of this will    Dated at Saint John’s Newfoundland this 22^nd day of December one thousand nine hundred and five - Sarah his x mark Mills - Declared by the said Sarah Mills to be her last will and Testament and signed by her in our presence who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other subscribed ourselves as witnesses (the said will having been first read over and explained to her) William H.
