Will of Caroline Milley
from Newfoundland will books volume 6 page 219 probate year 1895

Last Will and Testament of
Caroline Milley of St. John's
Widow deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Caroline Milley of St. John's widow I give and devise to my son Henry Milley the house No 37 on Hayward Avenue at present in his possession and adjoining the dwelling house sold by me to Thomas Butt. I give and devise to my son Samuel Milley the house now in my occupancy situate on the west side of Colonial Street. I give and bequeath to each of my sons such sums as may stand in his name in the Savings Bank at the time of my death. I give devise and bequeath unto my son Samuel Milley all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects and I appoint John E. N. Peters of St. John's Commission Merchant as executor of this my will. In witness whereof I hereby subscribe my hand at St. John's aforesaid this eighteenth day of July A.D. 1893 and declare the foregoing to be my last will and Testament. (Sgd) Mrs. Caroline Milley. Signed Published and declared by the said Testatrix in our presence who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed ourselves as witnesses. (Sgd) William H. Horwood (sgd) John Goss.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Caroline Milley deceased
