In re
THOMAS MILLER.
DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Miller of St. John's in the
island of Newfoundland, Shoemaker, made at St. John's aforesaid the tenth day
of February A.D. 1926.
I appoint Reverend Joseph J. Pippy to be the Executor of this my will. After
the payment of my just debts and other expenses, I give devise and bequeath
my benefit money in the Shoemakers Union and all my other property of every
description to Reverend Joseph Pippy for the Parish of St. Joseph, Hoylestown
absolutely.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand to this my will the day
and year first above written.
THOMAS MILLER.
Signed published and declared as and for his last will and testament by Thomas
Miller, aforesaid, in our presence both being present at the same time who
at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
