Last Will and Testament of
Solomon Miller of New Bonaventure
Trinity Bay School Teacher deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Solomon Miller of New Bonaventure Trinity Bay in the Island of Newfoundland lately a School Master at Chance Cove which I do make publish and declare as follows thereby revoking and annulling all other wills by me made I do first give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Miller one hundred dollars the same being a portion of the money standing in my name at the Savings Bank St. John's.
Secondly I do give and bequeath fifty dollars to be expended on my funeral and headstone of the money standing in my name at the Savings Bank St. John's. After all other expenses is paid should there be any surplus left at the Savings Bank I shall give the remainder to my father and mother Abraham Miller & Mariah Miller
thirdly I do also give and bequeath to my mother Mariah Miller one clock, two chairs, and one table,
fourthly I do give and bequeath to Jeremiah Miller Short one gun, one bed and bedding.
fifthly I do name Moses King and Samuel Miller as joint Executors to this my last will and Testament. Signed by the above named testator Solomon Miller (signed) in the presence of us who being present at the same time have in his presence attended and subscribed their names as witnesses thereto (sgd) Moses King (sgd) Samuel his x mark Miller. July 18: 1893 -

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Solomon Miller deceased
