      This is the last will and testament of me Lewis H. Miller of St. John’s, Newfoundland, Furniture Dealer. I give devise and bequeath all my Estate and effects of every description of which I shall die possessed to my wife Mary Miller and I hereby appoint my said wife Sole Executrix of this my will. Witness my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this first day of January A.D. 1910    Lewis Haldane Miller     witness both present at same time and both signed in presence of testator and of each other D.
