Will of Joseph Miller from Newfoundland will books volume 14 pages 543-545 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. My land and other property I hereby will to my four daughters (viz) Alice, Ellen Marion, Phebe Florence, and Jennie Delphene. To my daughter Alice I give and bequeath my dwelling house, Barn, Cellar, and all other outhouses, also all live stock that may be on the place at the time of my death, also all the land on the south of the main road and bounded as follows, on the north by the main road 180 feet, on the west by Arthurs Allens land Mrs. James Allens land, Robert Barnes land, Sidney Bursells on the south west corner by Walter Barnes land. On the south by Gordon Millers land, on the East by Gordon Millers land to the main road. This land contains seven or eight acres more or less. To my daughter Ellen Marion (Mrs. W. H. Strong) I will and bequeath all that piece of land between the main road and the sea shore bounded as follows, on the south by the main road 138 feet on the west by Mrs Hugh Bairds land, on the north by the sea shore measuring 128 feet on the east by Ananias Millers land. To my daughter Phebe Florence I will and bequeath the property known as the old house, now used and occupied by her as Postal Telegraph Office and Post Office measuring on the main road south 170 feet bounded on the east by Mrs Hugh Bairds land and a lane going to the sea shore for the use of this property and Mrs Bairds on the north by the sea shore measuring 157 feet 6 ins on the west by her sister Jennie Delphene's land. To my daughter Jennie Delphene I will and bequeath all that piece of land situate north of the main road and bounded on the west by J. J. Butlers land on the North by the sea shore on the east by her sister Old House Property and on the south by the main road measuring by the main road 160 feet. I hereby appoint my son in Law W. H. Strong to be sole executor of this my last will and testament. JOSEPH
