Annie Miller.

Dec 7th 1925

I hereby bequeath to my younger daughter Frances my house on 17 Fleming Street, St John's, Nf also sewing machine. The balance of the estate is to be given to my elder daughter Bridget my husband and my daughter Bridget are to be allowed to reside at 17 Fleming St till their death.
