      VICTOR WILLIAM MILES         deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me, Victor William Miles formerly of St. John’s and now a member of the First Newfoundland Contingent. I appoint Frank Miles, of St. John’s, my brother, and Eldred Hawkins of St. John’s, Book-keeper, executors of this my last will and testament.    I bequeath all my shares in the Coronation Loan & Investment Company Limited and all profits accruing therefrom to Miss Winnifred Page.    I bequeath all my personal belongings and effects whatsoever to my said brother, Frank Miles.    Victor William Miles.    Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in the presence of the testator and of each other, have subscribed our hands as witnesses at Edinburgh, Scotland, this 29^th day of April, 1915, John E.J.
