Will of Louisa Mews In re Saint John’s Newfoundland August 7th 1923. I Louisa Mews of St. John’s Newfland being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mrs. Clara Noseworthy all that piece of land situated on Pleasant Street with Dwelling House and all outhouse and all furniture in Dwelling House to be absolutely hers forever And I do hereby appoint my daughter Mrs Clare Noseworthy to be my Executrix. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Seventh day of August
