Will of Richard Mesh from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 19 probate year 1929

RICHARD MESH

I Richard Mesh of Keels, Newfoundland declare this to be my last will and testament. I do hereby give and bequeath to my son Henry Mesh, my house and store and all my lands. My two traps to be divided as follows one half of each to my son Henry and the other half of each between my nephews Henry Quinton and William Quinton. The flake and my share of the stage to be divided as follows- one half of each to my son Henry, the other half between my nephews Henry Quinton and William Quinton, my boat and engine to my son Henry.
My money to be divided as follows:-
Fifty dollars to my sister Martha Quinton, Fifty dollars to my nephew William Quinton, Fifty dollars to my nephew Henry Quinton, Fifty dollars to my sister Kate of Bonavista, Fifty dollars to my daughter-in-law Evelyn Mesh, Thirty Dollars to the Church in Keels, all the remainder to my son Henry.
All my interest in the Fishermans Protection Union to go to my son Henry. If my son Henry should die before my nephews Henry and William Quinton all my property is to go to the above named nephews, providing that my daughter-in-law Evelyn can have the use of it while she remains a widow. And I hereby appoint my said son Henry Sole executor of this my will at the same time revoking all former wills whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness hereof I have hereunder set my hand this twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and twenty five.

Signed by the said testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time, at his request in his presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
