In re DECEASED.
MICHAEL MERNER.
IN THE NAME OF GOD. AMEN.
This is the last will and testament of me Michael Merner of
the Old Bay Bulls Road, farmer, who, being of sound memory and understanding
do will and bequeath as follows.
- I desire that all my lawful debts, and funeral and testamentary expenses
be paid.
- I appoint my son Denis Merner now living with me to
be and he is hereby appointed to be the executor of this my will.
- I hereby
will and bequeath to my said son Denis Merner all my property
real and personal of which I may die possessed except the following bequest.
- I
hereby will and bequeath to my daughters Mary Breen and Margaret
Merner one acre of land each to be situate on the Old Bay Bulls Road near Sinnotts
land.

Signed by the testator by placing his mark in the presence of us who in his
presence and in the presence of each other signed as witnesses this 3rd day
of June A. D. 1929 the same having first been read over and explained.
