Will of Andrew Mearns In re In the name of God. Amen. I Andrew
Mearns of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Master Mariner being
about to go to Sea and knowing the uncertainty of Life hereby make my last
will and Testament. I hereby give and bequeath to my wife Ann
Mearns all my
property money and effects together with the House I now occupy and Captain
Taylor the tenant adjoining for the use and benefit of herself and children
as long as she lives and remains unmarried, but should she after my decease
marry then all my said property monies and effects. Houses and everythg I am
possessed of shall go and be given to the children of the said Ann
Mearns by
me for their sole use and benefit Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
