Will of Alexander McLachlan In re THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Alexander McLachlan of St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland, Engineer. First. I give and bequeath my dwelling house, messuage
and premises known as No. 159 Patrick Street in St. John’s, aforesaid
in which I at present reside to my daughter Annie Violet McLachlan absolutely SECOND.
I give and bequeath all my household furniture goods, chattels and effects
to my said daughter Annie Violet McLachlan absolutely IN WITNESS WHEREOF: I the said Alexander McLachlan have Hereunto set my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this Second ------- day of October - Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty-two. A. McLACHLAN. Signed by the above named Testator as and for his last will and TESTAMENT in the presence of us each being present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
