Will of Susan McKay from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 499-500 probate year 1890 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me Susan McKay of Saint John's Newfoundland widow. First I hereby revoke and annul all other wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my true last will and testament. Second I hereby appoint my two sons George and William and the Honourable Moses Monroe executors of this my will. Third. I hereby give and bequeath to my two daughters Edith and Maud in equal shares all monies of which I shall die possessed and my interest in and under a policy of Insurance on the life of my said son George. Fourth I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate property and effects of every description to my said executors in trust for the support maintenance and education of my three youngest children Mabel Frederick and Charles and upon the youngest of my said three children reaching the age of twenty one years to divide the same among them in equal shares. Witness my hand at Saint John's this twenty fourth day of July Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety Susan Mackay Signed published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the said will having been first read over and explained to the said testatrix.
