In the Estate of George McKay
Last will and Testament

      I George McKay of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Licensed Publican declare this to be my last will and Testament. I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my beloved wife Elizabeth McKay absolutely and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former testamentary writings
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 3rd day of February Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and two. Geo McKay Signed by the said testator as his last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses Frank D. Lilly. W. H. Haskett.
