In re
      John W. McGrath          deceased.

      This is the last will of me John W. McGrath of St. John’s Newfoundland painter and I revoke all former wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath all the property and effects which I shall die possessed of to my wife Margaret N. McGrath and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will the 4^th day of October 1907 at St. John’s aforesaid    Jno. W. McGrath     Signed by the testator John W McGrath as and for his last will in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses    Jas.
