In re       DECEASED.
      JAMES McFARLANE
.

This is the last will and testament of me James McFarlane of St. John's Civil Servant, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made. After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Annie all the property of every description with the exception of the tools and implements in the workshop of which I may die possessed; I give to my sons James and Leo the tools and implements in the workshop in equal shares.
I appoint my said wife Annie Executrix to this my will.
St. John's this 17th day of February, 1926.

Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
