Will of James McFarlane from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 374 probate year 1928 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me James McFarlane of St. John's Civil
Servant, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made.
After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses I
give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Annie all the property of every
description with the exception of the tools and implements in the workshop
of which I may die possessed; I give to my sons James and Leo the tools and
implements in the workshop in equal shares. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
