Will of Peter McDonald, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 252 probate year 1930 IN RE. DECEASED PETER MCDONALD THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me PETER McDONALD of Portugal Cove Road, St John's East, Farmer. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint my wife, Catherine, the executrix of this my will. I give and bequeath all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed to my said wife for her own use during her lifetime and after her death to my sons, Richard and John in equal shares between them, provided that my said sons shall pay to my wife the sum of one dollar a day for her support. Witness my hand at St. John's this tenth day of November Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty four.
