I Patrick McCrudden Painter of St Johns Newfoundland Residing at Present at No 12 Kings Road being of sound mind do make and ordane this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills I do give and bequeath the said House No 12 Kings Road to my wife in case she would survive me., after her death the said House No 12 Kings Road to be sold at auction to the Highest Bidder the money from Said Sale to be equally divided amonst my four children namely John Leo Gennie Madeline.
