IN RE DECEASED.
Felix McCarthy
know all men by these presents that I the undersigned Felix McCarthy Jr. of sound mind, declare this to be my last will & testament.
to wit
I bequeath my property dwelling house & land on which it is built, my share of the Codtrap as well as my interest in the fishing station on Chatean Labrador; my boats and herring nets to my wife & child THT xxxxxx conjointly, but should my wife get married again, the whole of the property shall then revert to my child Bridget, but should my said daughter die before marriage, then, the property THT xx whatsoever condition it may be in at the time shall revert to Felix McCarthy son of my brother Florence.
