      This is the last will and Testament of me Deborah Matthews of Burgeo in the District of Burgeo & LaPoile in the Island of Newfoundland Shopkeeper of dry Goods etc etc. I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description unto my daughter Ada Samways absolutely and I appoint my said daughter Ada Samways sole executrix of this my will and revoke all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this writing to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this day 30^th day of November nineteen hundred & four (sgd) D.
