      WILLIAM MATE.     DECEASED.

I, William Mate, of Port Rexton, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland, make and execute this my last will and testament on the 7^th day of October 1925.

I give to John Ash of Port Rexton all my property whatsoever.

In witness whereof I, the above named testator have hereunto set my hand the day and year first written above.

Signed by the testator as his last will & testament in the presence of us, who both being present at the same time, in his presence & in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
