Will of Jane Martin, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 498 probate year 1931 IN RE. DECEASED I, Jane Martin, widow, of Twillingate, in the northern district of the Island of Newfoundland, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do hereby give, bequeath, and devise unto my beloved daughter, Lizzie Ann Jenkins, nee Frost, all and singular my property that I may die possessed of, together with my part and portion of the estate, real and personal of my late husband Edward Martin, of Lewisporte, and all money accruing from the sale and dispositions of the said estate that to me rightfully belongs, to be an inheritance unto my said daughter, without obligation or proviso other than herein set forth.
