Will of Margaret Manwarren from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 497-498 probate year 1890 Last will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Manwarren wife of James Manwarren of Saint John's Shoemaker. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved husband aforesaid James Manwarren all the property of every description whatsoever of which I shall die possessed for his sole and absolute use and benefit, to have and to hold the said property unto my said husband forever. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name by affixing my mark at Saint John's aforesaid this thirty first day of July A.D. 1890. Signed by the said testatrix by affixing her mark as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the same having been first read over and explained Margaret her x mark Manwarren. E. P. Morris John his x mark Sullivan John Manwarren This is a codicil to the last will and testament of Margaret Manwarren bearing date the 31st day of July A.D. 1890. I appoint my husband James Manwarren sole executor of this my will. Dated at Saint John's this 31st day of July A.D. 1890 in our presence having been first read over and explained Margaret Manwarren E. P. Morris James his x mark Sullivan J. Manwarren. Registrar.
