      This is the Last will and Testament of me Titus his x mark Manuel Fisherman of Lower Harbor Exploits In the District of Twillingate Newfoundland    I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every description consisting of House store Stage Land and Fishing Gear at Lower Harbor also a Parcel of Land at Broad Cove together with the Cattle. To my wife Mary Jane Manuel absolutely. And I hereby appoint William Budgell sole executor of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand this eighth day of April in the year of our Lord, one Thousand nine hundred and nine Titus his x mark Manuel witness the mark of T. M. - James H. Ball     Signed by the above Titus Manuel. The Testator, in our presence, who in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses the above will being first read over to him.
