Will of George Manuel In re In the name of God, Amen, I George
Manuel of Lewisporte in the Dominion of Newfoundland, Carpenter, being
of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, but considering the uncertainty
of life do this Sixteenth day of December one thousand nine hundred and nineteen,
make this my will and testament in manner and form following:- To my other son Robert W. Manuel I
give and bequeath one-half of my land. That is, after my decease the land which
I have now in my possession is to be divided proportionally between my two
sons aforesaid named. Signed, Sealed, Published and declared by the said Testator George
Manuel as and for his will and testament in the presence of us who
at his request, and in the presence of each other have herewith set and subscribed
our names as witnesses. CORRECT, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
