Will of William Mallard Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me William Mallard of Quidi Vidi in the Central District of the Island of Newfoundland Senior Fisherman. I nominate and appoint my son John Francis Mallard sole executor of this my will. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of which I may die possessed unto my son John Francis Mallard and unto my daughter Ellen Mallard for their own absolute use and benefit share and share alike. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Eleventh day of June Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety five. (Sgd) William his X mark Mallard. Signed by the said Testator William Mallard in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses (having been previously read over and explained to the said Testator) (sgd) Hugh H. Carter. (Sgd) George Scott. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William Mallard deceased. Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
