In re
      AMELIA MALCOLM.     DECEASED.

THIS is the last will and testament of me Amelia Malcolm of Saint John’s Widow.

1. I give devise and bequeath all my property, moneys, estate and effects of every description to my nephew John Fennessey of Saint John’s accountant son of Patrick Fennessey of Saint John’s aforesaid Customs’ Officer forever and absolutely.

2. I appoint the said John Fennessey executor of this my will.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this Thirtieth day of December Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty five.

SIGNED (by making her mark) Published and Declared by the said testatrix as and for her last Will and testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained to the said testatrix and approved of by her.
