In the name of God Amen. I Michael Mahon of St. John's in the electoral district of St. John's E in the island of Newfoundland, being weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind, do hereby make my last will and testament.

To wit: To my wife Anastasia I leave the house I at present occupy together with all its contents of every description also the farm surrounding said house, as well as the property consisting of two acres of land, known as the "back farm" situated on the "Higgins Line" in the district of St. John's East.

Also all the farming implements of each & every description that I own & possess, as well as cattle & horses & poultry.

The property known as "the back farm" is the property adjoining that of Cook's. all that I possess at my death is to become the property of my wife Anastasia to use as she sees fit in the interests of the family. I also wish it clearly and distinctly understood that in the event of my wife Anastasia contracting marriage again after my death, that all the aforesaid mentioned property is to fall to our family, William & Harold, Annie & Hilda.

Signed sealed & delivered by the said testator Michael Mahon, in our presence and who at his request have signed our names as witnesses this twenty first day of May in the year of O Lord one thousand nine hundred & twenty six.
