      Johanna Maher          deceased.

      This is the last will of me Johanna Maher of St. John’s Newfoundland widow and I revoke all former wills by me made. I appoint my son James J. Maher to be the executor of this my will. I give devise and bequeath all the property of whatsoever kind I die possessed of to my four children namely James J. Maher J. Lacy Maher Ellen Maher and Agnes Maher in equal shares. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John’s aforesaid this 19^th day of February 1909. (Sgd) Johanna Maher - Signed by the said testatrix Johanna Maher as and for her last will in our presence who in the presence of the testatrix and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
