This is the last will and testament of me, Ellen Madigan of St John's East, widow made by me on this the twenty fifth day of April in the year of Our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and thirty one.
I revoke all former wills made by me
I bequeath my house No 110 Patrick Street St. John's and land to my niece Mary Maher and my nephew Edward Rogers to be held by them as tenants in common absolutely.
I bequeath to Mary Maher also my furniture in said house.
I bequeath all money in the bank and all the residue of my estate to the following persons: Edward Rogers, Mary Maher, Mary Ann Kavanah, Margaret Kane, Lawrence Kavanah, Mary Bush, John Kavanagh, Frederick Kavanah, Maud Kelly, John Roberts and his three children, Anne Rogers, Elizabeth Rogers and Maud Rogers to be divided equally between them.
I appoint Mary Maher executrix of this my will.
