Last will and Testament
of Ann Lynch late of
River Head Harbour Grace. Deceased
.

Know all men by these presents that I Ann Lynch of the Riverhead of Harbour Grace, widow of Patrick Lynch late of the southside of Harbour Grace, deceased being of sound disposing mind, memory and recollection, do make and publish this my last will and Testament revoking all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made. First I give devise and bequeath unto my daughters Anastatia Lynch and Mary Joseph Holden wife of Joseph Holden of Harbour Main my dwelling house and outhouse situate in the River Head of Harbour Grace apo. share and share. Also I give and bequeath unto my said daughters all my household furniture share and share. Also I give and bequeath unto my said daughters and to their heirs, the sum of twenty eight hundred and seventy seven dollars share and share after deducting therefrom my funeral expenses. It is also my will that my brother Peter Dwyer of the Riverhead of Harbour Grace afsd. Planter have the control and management of this bequest advancing to my said daughters, from time to time such sums or portions of said bequest as they my said daughters may require. Also I give and bequeath the sum of forty dollars unto the Church of Riverhead aforesaid to be paid to his Lordship the Bishop of Harbour Grace

I give and bequeath unto my brother Peter Dwyer the sum of two hundred dollars for masses for my soul the repose of my soul and those of my parents and late husband. Lastly I appoint my brother said Peter Dwyer sole executor to this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set and subscribed my hand and seal at Riverhead afsd. This eleventh of June A.D. 1887 Ann her x mark Lynch. (L.S.) Signed sealed and declared by the said Testator as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto Michael Scully. John Morau. Dated 30th April 1889.
I certify the foregoing a correct copy of the will of Ann Lynch.
