      Sarah Lucas          deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Sarah Lucas, widow of Trinity in the Island of Newfoundland I give and bequeath to my Grandson John George Lucas, of James, of Trinity, my House with all that it contains, together with all lands and other property belonging to me at my death I name my son James Lucas, of Trinity to be sole Executor to this my last will and Testament. Sarah her x mark Lucas Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testatrix Sarah Lucas in the presence of us who in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Trinity.
