      JAMES LUCAS.

I James Lucas of St. John's cooper hereby make this my last will and testament revoking any former wills at any time made.
I appoint Leslie R. Curtis of St. John's solicitor sole executor of this my will.
I leave to my son John Lucas for funeral and other expenses the monies amounting to three hundred dollars in the hands of Squires and Curtis and invested, all interest on this amount has been paid me.
I also leave to my son John the Insurance or monies in the hands of the Orange Association.
I leave my house on McNeil St. to my grandson Fred Lucas.
In witness whereof I have hereto signed my hand the 9^th day of October 1929.
