Will of Annie Loyte In re This is the last will and testament of me Annie Loyte widow of the late John Loyte of Harts Cove Twillingate Northern District I give devise & bequeath all my right title and interest in and to the property formerly belonging to my late husband John Loyte consisting of dwelling house, one fishing boat 1 Herring net, 1 cooking stove, one sideboard, 1 couch, 3 kitchen chairs, one large table at Wm. Loytes house, one bureau, one washstand, one rocking chair one large Jug, one large Basin, one Bedstead, one feather bed, one Iron Kettle, two pots, one gents watch, one Ladies watch Crockeryware etc. to my brother Stephen Loveridge of North Side Twillingate to have and to hold the same paying all amounts that may be due by me. Signed Annie Loyte In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this seventeenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred & fifteen. Signed by the said Annie Loyte the testator in the presence of the undersigned present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses.
