In re
      THOMAS LONG       deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me, Thomas Long, of St. John’s, Newfoundland, retired Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Mines:-
      1. I revoke all former wills.
      2. I appoint my son William E. Long executor of this my will.
      3. I give my leasehold dwelling house with all its furniture and contents of every description, with the exception of my gold watch and chain, my books and papers and my tools and instruments, unto my three unmarried daughters Jane Martha Ann Long, Helen Aveline Long and Elizabeth Long and the survivors and survivor of them absolutely.
      4. I give my gold watch and chain, my books and papers and my tools and instruments unto my son William E. Long.
      5. I give my money in the Savings Bank, my Government Debentures and all the rest and residue of my estate and effects unto my said three unmarried daughters Jane Martha Ann Long, Helen Aveline Long and Elizabeth Long to be divided equally between them share and share alike. Dated at St. John’s, Newfoundland, this 10^th October A.D. 1912.     Thos. Long.    Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Herbert Knight     Isabel Gamberg.
