Will of John Locke In re I John Locke of Little Bay Islands born in Tizzards Harbor make this my will & testament being of sound mind. I give and bequeath to my wife Rosannah Locke Three chairs Four Pans one Small cheffenser and one bed and bedding and one Box as promised I give and bequeath to my son James Locke the dwelling house. All the rest and remainder of my real estate I give devise & bequeath in equal shares to my son, James Locke and to my son Frank Locke their heirs and assigns for ever. I give permission & wish that my wife aforesaid should not leave the dwelling house until she wishes to. I appoint Mr. James Strong & Mr. W.A. Strong executors of this my will In witness whereof I John Locke have hereunto set my hand this 31st day of July 1914 John his X mark Locke subscribed by the Testator in presence of each of us witness our hands this 31st day of July 1914.
