      Rosamond C. Lindberg         deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Rosamond C. Lindberg of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Married woman. I give and bequeath unto my son John Lindberg the shares standing in my name in the Lindberg Brewing Company Limited, also any interest which I may have in a Policy of Assurance issued by the Canada Life Assurance Company on the life of my husband John Lindberg and payable to me, and all property of every description of which I may die possessed. I appoint Charles H. Emerson of St. John’s Barrister at Law to be the Executor of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 16^th day of December A.D. 1909. Rosamond C Lindberg     Signed Published and Declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who, at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
