Will of Frank D. Lilly In re St. John’s N.F. November 13th 1897 This is the last will and Testament of me Frank D Lilly of St. John’s Barrister at Law. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Ida Isabel all and whatsoever property of which I might die possessed and I appoint my brother in law Marmaduke G. Winter sole executor of this my will Frank D Lilly My reason for making the will as above is because of the great faith I have in my wife believing that she will do all for the best regarding our children. I hope in the event of her re marrying she will before doing so assign all property which she may have and which belonged to me upon Trust for the benefit of our children. By adopting this wish of mine she will be conserving both her own and our childrens interests F.D.L. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
