In re DECEASED.
JOHN LIDSTONE.
This is the last will and testament of John Lidstone of Salmon Cove in the
district of Port de Grave.
I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and
description, and wherever situated unto my son Kenneth Lidstone, now residing
in Toronto Canada, his heirs and assigns absolutely forever, hereby appointing
him sole Executor of this my will, with the exception of two rooms in dwelling
house I now occupy, also a portion of the garden situate on the South side
of said dwelling house, sufficient to plant one Barrel Seed Potatoes, which
I will to my wife Susannah Lidstone during her lifetime.
In witness wereof I have hereto set my hand this tenth day of July one thousand
nine hundred and twenty four.
JOHN LIDSTONE.
Signed, sealed and declared by said John Lidstone, as and for his last will
and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request
in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses to the due Execution hereof.
