Will of Elizabeth Lewis Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Elizabeth Lewis of St. John’s widow I give devise and bequeath unto my son Frederick absolutely all the property that I may be possessed of at the time of my death both personal and real and I appoint my said son Frederick sole Executor of this my will and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will the 9th day of December 1896. (Sgd) Elizabeth her X mark Lewis. Signed by the above named Elizabeth Lewis by affixing her mark as her last will having been first read over and explained to her in the presence of us both being present at the same time, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) W. Mainwaring Clapp. (Sgd) James Bailey. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Elizabeth Lewis deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
