In re     DECEASED.
WILLIAM LESHANA.

THIS is the last will and testament of me, WILLIAM LeSHANA, of St. John's, Carpenter.
First: I desire that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid out of my estate;
Second: I appoint my son William LeShana sole executor of this my will.
Third: I give and bequeath to my daughter, Mary Evans, the sum of six Hundred and fifty dollars.
Fourth: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate property and effects, including leasehold interest in land and house situate on Carters Hill, St. John's and cash in Bank, and all other property whatsoever of which I shall die possessed, I give devise and bequeath to my said William for his sole use and benefit.
Witness my hand at St. John's this 31^st day of July AD. 1918

SIGNED, PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said William LeShana as and for his last will and testament in our presence, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, all present at the same time, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. The said will having first been read over to and approved by the said testator.
