Will of Ernest LeMoine In re The last will and testament of Ernest LeMoine, Electrician, of 6 Beaumont Avenue, Grand Falls. I, Ernest LeMoine of the Town of Grand Falls, Electrician, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made. I hereby appoint John E. Cater Esq J.P. and the Reverend T. E. Loder, to be the Executors of my will. I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease. I hereby bequeath to my wife, Alice LeMoine, all the rest and residue of my personal estate, consisting of cash on hand and in the Bank of Montreal, Grand Falls: household effects and life insurance receipts. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this Eighteenth day of January 1923. ERNEST LEMOINE
