Will of George Larner In re This is the last will and testament of me, George Larner, of Bay de Nord, Hermitage Bay, Newfoundland, telegraph repairer, made at St. John’s, in the Island aforesaid, this seventh day of December, Anno Domini one Thousand nine Hundred and six. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Sarah Larner, all the property, moneys, boats, furniture, and everything of every description whatsoever of which I shall die possessed for her sole use and benefit during her lifetime, whilst she remains unmarried, and on her marriage or death all the aforesaid properties, moneys, boats, furniture and effects I give, devise, and bequeath to my children, to be equally divided between them. I appoint Thomas M. Simpson, of St. John’s aforesaid, executor of this my last will and testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John’s aforesaid, the day and year first before written. George his X mark Larner Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto our hands subscribed as witnesses. The said last will having been first read over and explained to the testator and approved by him F. J Morris M J. Mulcahy Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
