Will of John Larkin from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 494 probate year 1890 Last Will and Testament This is the last will and testament of me, John Larkin, of St. John's, Cooper. I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Anne Larkin the Dwelling House at present occupied by me together with all my household furniture of every description. I also give and bequeath unto my said wife Anne Larkin the Dwelling Houses on the land held by me under lease from Honourable James McLaughlin. To my sons Stephen, John, and Michael and my daughters Mary, wife of Patrick Fennell, Anne, wife of John Daly, and Fanny I give, devise and bequeath the six tenements built on the land held by me under lease from William Campbell to be divided equally between them. To my sons Stephen, John and Michael, I give, devise and bequeath the cooperage owned by me, situate under the houses bequeathed to them and my daughters, together with all my stock in trade and tools of every description to be divided equally between them. If any of my said sons should at any time leave Newfoundland, then their proportional share of the property bequeathed to them shall go to my said wife Anne Larkin. I appoint my brother-in-law, Edward Flynn, Executor of this, my will, January 19, 1890.
