Last Will and Testament of
William Lang of Greenspond N.D.
Collector of Customs deceased

      This is the last will & Testament of me William Lang of Greenspond made this twentieth day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight as follows - I give devise & bequeath the sum of Two hundred and four pounds ten shillings sterling being the sum secured by life assurance as per policy on the Standard Life Assurance Co of Edinburgh together with any household furniture and any other property whatsoever & wheresoever that I may die possessed of unto my dear wife Moria Lang her heirs Executors administrators & assigns to & for her & their own absolute use & benefit according to the nature and quality thereof respectively. Subject only to the payment of my just debts funeral & testamentary expenses & the shares of proving and registering this my will. And I appoint my said wife executrix of this my will & hereby revoke all other wills In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day and year above written. Greenspond June 20^th 1868. Codicil

Greenspond December 3^rd 1880 Codicil
The sum mentioned on the other side secured by life Assurance is Two hundred pounds sterling with profits & is now considerably more this sum whatever it may amount to at my death with the house & ground & outbuildings attached which I have since first making this will built & purchased I give devise and bequeath in same manner as therein specified to my dear wife her heirs executors & assigns.
