Will of William Lambert Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me William Lambert of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland fisherman I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary J. Dunn of Saint John’s aforesaid wife of James Dunn of the same place labourer all my lands goods property estate and effects of every description for ever and absolutely. Witness my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this 7th day of January A.D. 1898. (Sgd) William his X mark Lambert. Signed by making his mark published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses having been first read over and explained to and approved of by the said Testator. (Sgd) W. O’D. Kelly. (Sgd) Patrick Summers I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William Lambert deceased D. M.
