Last will and testament of
John Kinsella of St. John's
Fisherman deceased.

This is the last will and testament of me John Kinsella of St. John's Fisherman. First. I will that all my debts funeral & testamentary expenses be paid by my executor. Second. I will that the house at present numbered 56 ½ and situate on the east side of Kings Road shall be the absolute property of my son Daniel J. Kinsella for as all my title and interest therein goes, subject to an annual charge of six dollars and fifty cents per year to be paid by the said Daniel to my son William Kinsella until the expiry of my lease. Third. I will to James Kinsella the downstairs tenement of (58 No.) East side of King's Road subject to an annual charge of six dollars and fifty cents to be paid by my son James to my son William until the expiry of my lease. Fourth. I will the upstairs tenement of (No. 58) East side of Kings Road to my daughter Johanna wife of Patrick Dalton subject to an annual charge of six dollars and fifty cents to be paid by the said Johanna to my son William. I hereby appoint John Ryan of St. John's Tailor at present of Kings Road to be the executor of this my last will and testament. (Sgd) John his x mark Kinsella.
